| Exactly That is exactly my point, there is no need in the quote matilda99 said, she is basically saying all the breeders in that state are puppymills, not a good start for her!

you are right. it just really kind of got my goat that she thru such a statement out there. There are hardly any yorkie breeders at all in the state of Ky. hardly any kind of nice breed. people here in kentucky generally don't have money for high manintenace dogs.
