| Contracts for selling puppies Is there a standard contract you should have the buyer sign when they purchase the puppy? |

| contract It all depends on what you want your contract to say. Do you have a health guarantee and for how long? Do your puppies come with a 72 hour vet check guarantee for a refund if the puppy is found to have a problem? Do you have a spay/neuter/AKC limited registration on your pups? Will any vet costs be covered by you or the new owner or split? Are you willing to take the puppy back in the future if the new ownes are unable to keep the puppy? Its up to you! Good luck, Lynn |

| contract Forgot to add. The contract should have all info on the puppy. Sire, dam, date of birth, sex, brief description, date of sale, what food it eats, shot record, buyers name/address/phone#, if pup is sold on limited or full registration, show or pet quality and signatures of buyer and seller. Dont forget the AKC numbers to!! Lynn |

| You also need to give a health certificate. Atleast in Florida it's the law.
