| Pregnant, due in two weeks This is our second litter, our first gave us three bouncing baby boys and the two girls were still born. How many should we expect this time? Should we expect about the same? We have taken her to the vet, but he doesn't have an ultrasound machine and last time he said about two or three and turned out there was five. Thanks for the help....

| no one can even begin to guess on this one, altho my girl always has five. My vet doesn't do ultrasounds either but the vet in the next town does and that is where I go. if you take her for an x-ray about five days before she is due it will show how many. My ultrasound was wrong this time. Said three and I ended up with five. good luck with your new litter. |

| It's usually a different amount each time for my girls. I also suggest an x-ray. The vet took one and said it was not conclusive so I made him take another to be sure ( heck, you're paying for the peace of mind you might as well get it.) Makes delivery so much easier to know when mom is done and you can finally relax. Good luck! |
