| "Biro" or choc.Biewer" ???? I ran accross this on Puppyfind. The first pic is of a female named Diva the choc.Biewer. http://www.puppyfind.com/view_listin...date%26back%3D Biewer breeders have you ever hear of this...?? Is this a true full blooded biewer, a genetic defect or a cross of some kind..?? Anyone know why and what happen that cause this dog to look like this ?? I don't know a whole lot about the biewers but always interested in learning something new about the breed. |

| Quess it is .. From the BA Coat: The hair should be silky both in appearance and to the touch. The hair should be straight and never wavy. The hair should be no less than 3/4 down the sides of the dog and preferably just slightly off the ground. No undercoat is allowed. Coat on body of dog must be black, blue or chocolate in color with white bands/stripes to be no less than 25% of the total body area. Symmetrical white areas on face are preferred but not mandatory. Black or Blue coated dogs must have black nose, black eye rims and black or white toe nails. Chocolate coated dogs must have liver nose, liver eye rims and liver or white toe nails. There can be no black on a chocolate dog. Disqualifications: White areas not sufficient enough to distinguish dog as a Biewer Yorkie. Excessive white spotted rather than banded/striped. I just have never seen a white and chocolate colored one before. All the ones I have seen are black, white and tan colors. |

Donating YT 2000 Club Member | I don't know. I have heard of "biros" but don't know anyone here in the US that has them or breeds them. I am more troubled by folks who are advertising puppies not even born yet. Just my personal opinion. |
