| Spotting I think my Lil' Girl also spotted a little several weeks after whelping. I do not remember exactly when it was but I do remember that I called the vet. I would think that if it is bright red and increases it would be a good idea to call the vet in the AM. |

| Spotting in some females is very normal. Did she have a POP shot 24-48 hours after having the pups. Just keep on eye on her, to insure the bleeding doesn't increase. Take her temp. But, she's probabl fine.

| Lexie spotted after her last litter for about 3 weeks. I would call the vet in the morning, but my gut says it is normal and she will be fine. I wuld increase her food and liquid intake, and make sure she does not dehydrate. Good Luck and best wishes!!

| it's an oxy shot the vet gives normally the day after they have delivered to make sure their is nothing retained in her uterus. it makes them have another contraction.

| As Mardelin stated, it's normal for some females. I had a female that spotted 6 weeks after giving birth. She was just fine. Just keep an eye on her. |

| I would do the same. How big are the puppies now? What shot are you letting them get?
