| morning sickness? I just bred Abby a couple of weeks ago, yesterday she started having morning sickness and not eating is there anything that I could feed her that would encourage her to eat and help with the upset stomach? Also, as this my first time breeding a yorkie and have never seen a yorkie with a tail, how much of the tail is docked after the puppies are born? Sorry for the multi question post.

| can you boil her some chicken breasts and maybe mix it in with her food at least once a day. She has got to eat. have you got her on puppy food? As soon as I know mine is pregnant she starts getting puppy food two or three times a day. (small meals). her dry food is out at all times. in the morning with her little portion of wet food, she gets about a tablespoon of cottage cheese mixed in. Breeders vary in how they dock the tails. Some go right at thee brown spot under the tail, some go 1/4, some go 1/8. i like a show dock so i go 1/4" past the brown dot. we just did five and I think we got one just a little longer. I think it will look alright tho. |

| I haven't started her on puppy food yet, though I have some that I just bought. I boiled some white rice and minced some chicken breast in it and gave her a tablespoon ful and she did finally did eat that. I just don't want her to become a picky eater.

| Last night I gave her the chicken and rice and about 1-2hrs. later threw it all up. This morning she did eat a little, but won't eat anything this afternoon. Should I take her to the vet to make sure that everything is all right, or is this normal?
