| question on pregnant females.... I have a question for you all. My friend has a female, not yorkie, that she thinks is pregnant, will know for sure in a little bit. She is either pregnant or going through a false pregnancy. Now her female has been housetrained for a good while now and has not had any accidents. But lately, she is having accidents all the time. It seems like at times she looses control over her bladder/bowel. She went to the vet and she is perfectly healthy, no health reason that would really cause this. Do or can female dogs loose control of their bladder/bowel when they are pregnant?? It just does not add up as to why she is doing this and she has only started doing this since she started to go through the pregnancy thing. Anyone have any ideas or know why she is doing this??

| I've had pregnant females who are potty trained to have "accidents" in the house. In my case, I believe it to be more deliberate like marking as to not being able to hold it. |

| Thanks everyone for the information!!! If I remember correctly, her female is about a little over a month pregnant. She was going to ask her vet about this but forgot while she was there so I figured I would ask for her if anyone knew if this was common. I guess it seems to be common and normal for them to do this. Again thanks everyone for the information, I will pass it on!!!!
