I can't believe someone would sell you such a sick puppy and not want to right that wrong...the poor puppy. All of them - They didn't ASK to be born and it's up to the breeder or person in charge of them to TAKE CARE OF THEM before they sell them. No puppy should be sick with these problems when they're so easily treated if the breeder takes the time....It's just sad for all parties involved and heartwrenching for the puppies.

Thank you. It was just a horrible experience, and something I wish I could prevent from happening to anyone else or any other puppy. I didn't know what my rights were. I took the pup back and forth to her Vet 2 hrs away and one day, I was there twice in the same day. I tried giving the puppy milk, baby food, syringe feeding bottle, feeding, around the clock, it consumed my life. I would have done anything to save him, but there was nothing that I could do. The puppy eventually died in the care of her Vet.

Ok, So I vote we all call her and let her know how unhappy we are that we bought sick dogs. Isn't there a lawyer we all can get and file a group/party law suit against her? There should be someone out there wanting to represent a group of people....How many of us are there anyway!? I am sorry they are writing you mean things...I believe she is just shook up.

YES you do have recourse. You put together ALL your documents and you can call the ASPCA for Guidance or the local District Attorney. Sometimes the ASPCA will represent/involve themselves if they feel abuse & neglect is present but you need proof of the claims you make. The more people you get involved the better they will listen.

Hello, I just finally got this ladies real name after calling her day after day because I bought my puppy 3 months ago. I dont believe he is sick but I am extremely mad and will take full action with anyone who wants to pursue. She is mean and ethically and morally wrong. I am not even sure now how old my pup is she said he was 9 weeks when I got him but who knows. I would really like to know how old your puppies were when they got ill and or passed away. OMG...I was going though Max's papers trying to get the breeder's info. since I want to get a little girl, GUESS WHAT...?????
I bought Max from these people!!!!! they had an add on a local flyer, I went to their house and they had 5 or 6 girls, and told me Max was from one of them, the papers came with their names, not Dixie Pups, I was lucky I guess, Max is a beautiful (we all say the same thing)4lbs healthy boy.
I thank God every day for all our blessings, now I have something else to add to my list" Yorkie Talk" I was ready to call this lady to purchase a girl, and before I did,I tough to check here for any local breeder you all could recommend, little that I knew....
