| Am in Beaumont, Tx which is about 60 miles SE of Houston. I have a freind that is a breeder and is having puppies at the end of Feb. She also has a little male that she studs out that has some litters already born. Pm me if you are interested and I will give you her name.

| I would recommend Anne Wylie at Hylan Acres yorkies. She is a show home, has a good health guarantee and follows up on her pups. 2 of my friends have gotten pups from her and have been very happy, one friend recommended her to another friend as well. I do not know her or her dog tho.. The pups have come in excellent condition and been very healthy. They are now a year old. She has an adorable female on her site now too. If you do a search on Taras Diva Bunny you can see her pics, she used to be a member here. |

| Wow - sorry guys i hate to be the bearer of bad news but i got my pup from Anne at Hylan and he was diagnosed with Renal Dysplasia at 6 months old. He is a year old now and cautiously doing well - only because we go to the vet once every two weeks to get hydrated and once a month we check his calcium, phosphorus, BUN/Creatnine and parathyroid hormone levels, etc etc...get the picture. Yes.....I am very lucky that I have the means to do this. I contacted Anne shortly after his diagnosis by way of a sad, yet lovely email just to let her know. Hey, this could have very well been an isolated incident, but just thought she would WANT to know.....I never brought up the contract (which incidentally I never got) nor did I discuss a refund (not my style)....contrary to her "frequently checking on her pups", which was on another post....i never heard from her again.. That was all I really wanted......just to keep in touch and see how he was doing....very disappointing. |

| I haven't ever been to her home, but I will most likely get my next yorkie from Little Bit. I respect her posts and love her website, http://www.freewebs.com/blueskyyorkies/ Check out the breeder forums. You can learn a lot about local breeders on YT that way. BEST OF LUCK!!!
