Workshops or Classes?

Are there workshops or classes offered through anyone, to provide further information on breeding, and care and protection of the puppies that you experienced with responsible breeding can suggest. I'm here in S. Calif. if that helps the suggestions.

Have you tried to find a mentor? It's a little different in real life. I don't know of any classes or workshops, sorry.

I've never heard of classes, but I am waaaay on the other side of the country too.
I would definately suggest you find a mentor to work with. If you don't know one, ask your vet if they do. The vet I use was willing (with owner consent, which was never a problem) to let me come in and watch x-rays, sonars, c-sections, assisted deliveries...just about anything you can name.
Good luck!

I know a few local breeders; but they do larger dogs. I will need to adopt some local mentors I guess. Any S. Calif. volunteers??
