| Need advice about selling puppies I am a first time breeder and the puppies are due march 25. I want to make sure the puppies go to a good home. What questions do I ask to make sure that the buyer is deserving of a puppy? Thanks Jordan |

| I am not a breeder but wish you the best of luck in finding loving, devoted homes for your fur babies. I think if you follow your heart you will find the questions to ask. If they have a pet now you can ask for their vet's name and number and call the office for a reference. You can ask if they have small children in the homes and give them training on how careful little kids need to be around Yorkie's, etc. You can ask what type of care the Yorkie will have during the day if the new owner (s) will be working away from home through out the day. You can ask if they have done any research on the breed. You can ask what they know how to care for a Yorkie and take care of all it's needs. Gosh, I am sure there are hundreds of questions to ask. You can ask what the new owners plan on doing with the Yorkie, for instance are they wanting a Yorkie for a pet, to show, to breed?, then go from there. Im guessing you will read posts from breeder's who can give you great advise. Good luck!
