Our other female just had 2 puppies also. This is so exciting. Will post pics as soon as I can get a good picture of each litter.

So you have 2 females having pups at the same time? Wow that must be very excitng in your house cant wait to see pictures.

My husband posted about our other female - Emma. Yes we are insane!!!

This was actually the first day that she could have had them according to her due dates!! We have two separate whelping rooms set up and my husband went in to check on her - not in our wildest dreams thinking she was ready to go also!!! And there were two little babies nursing!!! Both Piper and Emma did wonderful jobs!!!!! They both have two beautiful babies each!! And off to the vet we will go tomorrow for their after whelping visits!! Thank you all so much for the congrats!!!

I usually do the same.. I wait until pup and mom have settled down and than I squeeze alittle milk out and put the puppy on the nipple.. Some start to nurse right away and others it takes alittle longer..

Wow -- how exciting!

Congratulations on two safe deliveries! Two moms, four babies, one relieved grandma and grandpa! Who could ask for anything more!

There are great breeders that are willing to help those are are truly in need. We're lucky to have them by our sides like guardian angels!!

Well we had a scare and then a surprise!! Luckily we already have a relationship with our er vet because Piper was still having a couple of contractions and I got the stethoscope and sure enough I heard another heartbeat!!!! Since it had been sooo long after the last pup off the to the er we went - better to be safe than sorry!! And sure enough two shots of ocytocin later we had a third pup!!!

Almost had to have a section!!! Well I am exhausted and Piper and Emma are too - don't know if I can sleep though - tooo excited and can't stop smiling!!!! Just pray that all continues to go well and they grow up healthy and happy!! Thanks to everyone!! Especially to Pat for all the email advise and to everyone for the advice!!!!

Oh by the way all FIVE babies are girls!!!!!!!

Congratulations on the 2 litters. Wow, 5 girls. How exciting. Im glad that both mommies and pups are dping well. Can't wait to see pics of the pups and moms when you can. Wow you are going to be very busy.

WOW AND CONGRATULATIONS ! That's amazing one stayed in that long and was born nice and healthy.... Way to go to your moms !
