| Does anyone have info on this breeder in Florida? Been looking all over at breeders, and reading reviews , but can't seem to find anything on this breeder. From reading on their website, they screen other breeders, and have a network of breeders Puppies for Sale - Florida Yorkie Breeders We're looking to buy a Yorkie again, but having trouble finding where here in Florida |

| I would never buy a pup from these people after looking at the site. it seems like they are brokers rather than breeders. I would run..............

| They are brokers, that's not good. Many of the dogs on that site are way off breed standard for Yorkies, and prices are double what you would pay an actual reputable breeder. This link from the Yorkie Talk Library will give you some hints on how to pick a good breeder: http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/pup...uy-yorkie.html

| Thank you !! I was wondering why their prices were so high. I been asking about a liter she just had, and been emailing this breeder, and she's been very helpful so far. She emailed me last night saying she has a male that will be ready to pick up next week teacup yorkies for sale in Georgia, Florida, AKC Yorkshire Terriers |

| I certainly wouldn't buy from that site at all. Too many things not right.

| You could start by looking at the Yorkshire Terrier Club of America site to get breeder referrals (there are a lot in Florida): The Yorkshire Terrier Club of America The last link you posted is for Carter Yorkies in GA teacup yorkies for sale in Georgia, Florida, AKC Yorkshire Terriers There is a ton of information on their site, much of it is good including AKC limited registration, declaring that the term teacup is and adjective and not a breed classification. What is their health guarantee, and do they do genetic testing on the parents? Hopefully they keep the pups until recommended 12 weeks. It is always best to see the pup and parents in person if possible. Even this breeder says to request photos that have your name and date on a piece of paper visible in the photo, to avoid internet scams. One thing I would not do though is pay a deposit by their preferred method of Western union or Walmart money order; I'd send a cashiers check.

| thanks for your input we have just left and are on our way to visit the pup if everything goes well we will pick him up tonight June 12 yesterday made 12 weeks we have been heartbroken since the loss of our last Yorkie who was 14 and a half years old who passed about 3 to 4 months ago. I will post pictures in the other part of the form tomorrow if we do get him tonight everything seems great with her and she's been a pleasure to work with so far she also gave me a couple of referrals which I called and I was able to talk to one other person who had a little last year and highly recommend her |

| Congratulations... hope all goes well. Can't wait to hear more about him and of course we love lots of pictures. I can certainly understand your feeling of loss after losing your 14 yr old Yorkie. I'm sure the new little guy will bring much joy back into your lives. I can't imagine ever "not" having one or more in my home.
