| Do you think she has no vet? She talked about a C-section & you would think she'd at least be following up with the vet.

| -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- You have to make certain that baby is in an ambient temp of 88*- 92* environment...NO DRAFTS....if he is not kept warm enough, he will not thrive, because his system shuts down and food is not processed. I have posted a formula on here many times that delivers 14-16 cal/cc of formula....and you have to give 1cc/oz of body weight....this baby needs to be fed around the clock, at least every 3 hours. (1 can Just Born with Colostrum, 4 oz Pedialyte, 1 raw egg yolk, 1 cup whole Live Culture Yogurt, 3 tbsp. Dr.Millers Pet Nutra Drops (can use baby vitamins, will also need to add Karo syrup ~ 2 tbsp~) I have pulled pups that have been/are born early, orphaned, or just need help to get started. Most babies LOVE the taste of this formula....and will take it from a bottle if they are well enough....otherwise, tube feed the baby. Get instructions from your vet on how to tube feed. It is quick and easy and you can exactly monitor how much you are getting into the baby. |
