Angry Need to VENT about breeder (or so called one).

Has anyone had this happen to you.

OK I went on eBay 11-07-05 and got a whelping kit, so I did not have to go out and get all the stuff, I could have it all there in one kit...
Well find this lady that had them for sale and just the stuff that I needed. Wow, what a good price $46.99 w/shipping.
So I hit buy now, well I waited to get her email telling that she had got the money and that she was going to send right away. Well that email never came and things got bad for there.
So I emailed her to see when it was going to come in the mail. She still did not get back to me. After 7 days of her not emailing me, I called pay pal to see what could be done. Now the only thing that I wanted was my money back.
Well I did that and emailed her to tell her that I filed a complaint, well then she got back to me and told me that it was in the mail. YA RIGHT!!!!!!!!!
I still have not got a thing from her and would love to see this women in person and see what she has to say to my face.
Now, pay pal is telling me that she has ten days to email them telling what happened to the kit and why she did not get it in the mail. But the kicker of it is, If she has no money in her pay pal account then I will not get my money back!!!!
What is that about!!!!!!!!
Well I did put feedback on her and she did the same to me. But the funny thing of this is that she put a - on me, but i did pay the same day that I hit pay now. So how can she put - on my feedback. She is the one that did not do has she said in the buy.

I won a complaint last week and got my refund. Pay Pal has disappointed me in the past but if she can't prove that she mailed it then it will go against her. Her accounts are frozen right now so she can't take any money out...but money can go in. It's a long process and can take up to a month but stay patient and you'll get your money back.

Retalitory feedback...is a misuse of the feedback program. You can talk to e-bay and see if you can get it removed.

Thanks, I needed that. I hope that I get a refund too.
I just hate it when things like this happend to people, how can they get away with this.
Is this about the same thing that happend to you??

Yea that feedback can be unfair. I have given a seller negative feedback just to have them turn around aand give me a negative feedback.

But talking to ebay today and they told me that they would over turn that, because I did pay that day that I clicked buy now.
I dont think that it would hurt me to have one and just one. But still that facted is that I did what I said I would do and she should have done that same....

I didnt do anything to deserve it either. I paid immediately. I should have protested mine to ebay because it was retaliatory but I didnt.

Did you know that you have 45 days for protest this, you need to write ebay if that time is not up.

I had won a cd and paid for it immediately...buy-it-now. I'm one that always checks the feedback from a seller before I bid and I also check the feedback that they've left for others. This seller had over 3,500 positive feedback and a rating of 100%! Awesome, I thought...anyway, I paid immediately and on the 30th day, I still had not received the cd and filed my complaint.

In the past, I won a DVD and received it. It wouldn't play correctly on my DVD player because this was a bootleg copy. Paid to ship it back and got a total of $0.17 refund. I WAS PI$$ED!!!! Some things I think are very unfair but in the case of the CD, I got my full refund back.

I'd also won a photograph once and paid but never received the item. When I went to file my complaint, the seller had closed their eBay account and their PayPal so I was S.O.L. There was nothing I could do.

With more and more dishonest sellers, I've thought of closing my accounts. I don't go on there much anymore so there's really no need to keep the accounts...just waiting for someone to steal my account info and charge crap up.

If you look at the link that I posted. Her ebay accout is closed for now. Makes me think that she closed it herself.

I am so sorry that this happend to you, I just don't see how things get to be like this. It is like that come to your house and walk in and take all that you have.

I dont think that this is right.

Another egg head thing I did on ebay once was I put in 10,000 as my bid and I meant it to be 10.00. Somebody ran it up(the seller I think) to the 10,000 and the seller tried to hold me to it. This was for a plastic collectable snow white and the seven Drarfs set for my daughter it was max worth 100.00. Anyway i wouldnt pay the 10,000 and he said he was gonna turn me in to ebay and give me negative feedback for ruining his auction but he never did.

The best way to get back on her, not in an unresonable way, is to file a complain through Better Business Bureau, you can do so at www.bbb.com, all you have to do is file your complain, NOT about the feedback but the fact that you PAID and did not recieve any goods, and they will do the rest in investigation, because it really does hurt their reputations and stuff, I had to do that to T-mobile once because they were suppose to send me a phone and they never did, after I filed a complain on BBB, and the next day, T-mobile called me and resolve the problem...
so try that,
hope you get your money back...

I have never had to do this but I understand if you pay with a Visa, Master Card, etc. you can go to them and file a claim.
