| Oral Cal Plus Does anyone give the Oral Cal Plus during whelping or wait until after all pups have been delivered when needed? Revival says give it during whelping. Thanks.

| Most breeders know that Oral Cal Plus or Cal Sorb Plus is usually not needed unless a female is lagging behind when whelping a large litter. All things should be discussed with your mentor/vet.

| That's why I added 'when needed' just getting more opinions as I heard from someone never to give it during whelping - then heard something different today. Thanks for responding, I appreciate it.

| Labels and recommendations are just that. One needs to be familiar with situations. There are times where Oral Cal Plus is not what is needed and shouldn't be administered because of a pup that is stuck and/or A Pop shot is required....so everything should be discussed with a vet/mentor.
