| I had that happen with a kitten and I read on the internet that if they dont open by the 18th day you should take them to the vet because it can affect theiir vision. So I took the kitten to the vet and he gave me antibiotic drops and the kittens eyes opened a few days after giving the medicine. I dont know if its the same with dogs I just thought I would share in case

| Yes definitely needs to be seen by a vet. Sometimes drops work well enough, or warm/wet compress. Not to scare you, but it's vital to be seen by a vet.... I've seen puppies not openeing eyes because they do not have eye balls. (You see everything as a tech!!) Good luck!! |
