| Urin Bile acid test hey i just have to tell you guys about the urine bile acid test my vet did on my babies this new test is said to be more precises that the blood test that you fast your tinys for 12 hr and then re blood draw after feeding 2 hr it was quick painless and i didnt have to chew my fingernails to bloodie stumps It's more easy on the pocket book and all my girl passed !!! whooie http://www.canine-epilepsy.com/bileacids.html here is a web page i found on it take a look tell me what you think |

| The good thing is no false positives. If its abnormal there is a problem with the liver. You do need to make sure you collect the urine at least 4 hours after eating though. 6-8 would probably be better. No worries about taking blood from a tiny either. |

| one problem now i have a problem my tinyest puppie didnt want to pee Right away at the vets so i left her there for 3 1/2 hr for them to collect natural rather than squeezing her tiny bladder ... well they fed her Science diet .... and she became constapated ....the end results was she mulilated her rectum trying to stop the agravation she has to wear a lamp shade and she has been crying all day i have to clean whats left of her behind and re shove her intestines back up inside her ..via vets directions .... feed her laxitives and hold her while she crys ... i want to punch someone has anyone ever delt with this before ... I never have see this tomorow my vet may have to do purse string stiches in her hiny i just want to cry for her |
