| Breeders Please Help I have a 4 day old pom/maltese that is constipated mom isn't caring for him so I have been syringe feeding him formula every 2 hrs and yes I make him pee and poo however today I had to work and when I got home I noticed he was laying on his side crying and his muzzle was blue I immediatly picked him up and stimulated him but his little tummy is so round and full that he can push he's only 100 grams I read online that human milk will work, childrens suppository and I also have him laying on my neck to keep his temp regulated any advice is appreciated how mean and rude comments aren't thank you in advance

| Doesn't have to poop much, he's not that big, just regularly. If his tummy is hard and distended. He may have a bit of colic and/or gas. A couple of drops of Mylocon (baby drops), get it at the grocery store or pharmacy in the baby section. Has the mother been inattentive since the beginning. There is another possiblity, although I pray that isn't the case. There may be a medical condition with this pup. Mom's instinctively know when something is wrong with a pup.
