| 1 pup only oh god maggie is only having one pup, i'll be worried sick now in case she cant do it on her own however the vet said not to worry she should be ok all she does is eat all the time i know she needs it but the girl can eat really eat for all the size of her i'm affraid the puppy will be huge |

Was it an xray that told you there is just one pup? How big is your female and/or how is she built? When is she due? Try not to fret; whelping a singleton pup can be done naturally. Just watch her close and if your gut tells you something is not right, take her in. Best of luck to you and Maggie.

| Bella just had her one BIG boy thursday 5oz! We had him through c section. Because he was big and laying ontop of the birth canal we went ahead had done the csection before she tried to push him out.

| I'm sorry Adrianne, your fears for your baby girl must be so high. I'm having the same fears right now. I only feel a single lump, but I'll find out more when I take her in for her x-ray.

| It is scary to have just one, but things can go wrong even with multi puppies. Just keep the Vet's phone number on speed dial and pray for the best!
