| I would like to breed my male... Hello all! I was thinking about breeding my male yorkie Bailey! He is 6 months old and weighs just over 4 lbs. Is this too big for a male to breed? What is usually the procedure when you want to stud them out? Thanks! Natalie & Bailey |

| Your male is not to big but there are many things to consider than just size. You puppy is not old enough just yet so you have plenty of time to research breeding. Most people would not want to breed to an inexperienced male to begin with. Here are some good articles on breeding for you to read before you make that decision. | Thanks so much for the articles. I was definatly not going to breed at 6months, just wanted to give a perspective on size. I will do some research! |
