My Tiny Treasures Donating Member | 96.1 sounds extremely low to me. Have you retaken it? If its still that low, I might just give a phone call to my vet and let them know and see what they think. Just as a precaution. Congrats and wishing you a very safe whelp. |

She could be in shock...look at and feel her gums. Are they pink, are they cold?

| I was very nervous with Holly's 1st litter, but there are alot of people on here to give you info and help if you need it! Holly's temp went up and down for a while before going down and staying for a few hrs. and they she gave birth. Now, I might be going thru it again except with two mommies this time. Just do keep a watch on her temp, and if you suspect something might be wrong-don't hessitate to take her to the vet. But it sounds to me that you will be having puppies soon!

| Are you sure you are taking the temperature the right way? There was a link of how to do it in another post but i can not find it... whoever posted the link may see this and re-post it here i hope... But it could very well be that you are not doing it the right way... What kind of thermometer are you using? Did you do any lube at all? are you sure it is going as deep as it is supposed to go in... Very important, are you sure the thermometer is shaken enough it is not a digital ? XOXO
