| Mom is almost due to have her litter Hi there i thought i would post on here...i have been reading alot of posts and i thank you all for posting...it has helped me understand the dos and dont and what to do when whelping starts...belle is about 2 weeks away from having her first litter...im taking her to the vets to make sure she can deliver naturally and just to make sure the pups are okay....both me and my husband are pretty excited about the whole endevour..thanks and i will keep you posted |

| Thank you soo much Mary will definitely take a look at those sites....well i took belle to the vets on Friday...she is having 3 puppies and i told the vet everything im doing and what i already have in my whelping kit...and she couldnt beleive how ready i am for the pups to come.....i checked her temperature saturday morning....afternoon and evening and its around the 98 degrees and she also has discharge so i think she is in the first stages of labour...will keep you posted...im sooo excited |

| thought i posted but must not have worked Hi there sorry but i thought i posted awhile back about our new pups...but looks like the post didnt work.....anyways on April 15 i took belle temp in the morning and it had dropped...then i took it in the afternoon and still dropping so i knew she was in labour...we had to go out that evening to pick up a freeze and i left my son home with her..when we arrived home my son said that she was soaked so i took a look and there was her first pup...we tried everything but unforunately he died he weighed 5.5 oz..she did awsome with the next two...we did have to cut the umbilical cord on both of them but they both are doing awsome she had another boy and he weight 5.3 oz and then a girl and she weight 4.9 oz...they are a week old now and i have named them...duke is 9.3 oz now and daisly is 7.3 oz...and both are doing great...i will try and put pics up ...i have tried but the file size is too big so i have to figure out how to do it now...talk soon |

Living My Yorkie Dream Donating Member | Congratulations on your two puppies; those are good healthy sizes. It is always sad when you lose one and I am sorry to hear about the first little guy. Hope you figure out the picture problem; we'd love to see them and the proud mommy.
