| time in between heat cycles hello my molly dog just finished her first full blown heat cycle and I was wondering how long before she will have another one? I made her these little sock diapers out of old unmatched ankle socks it was so great! |

Living My Yorkie Dream Donating Member | Hello! Heat cycles usually happen twice a year, or every six months. I used to have a female that went into heat every 4-5 months. , but every 6 months is the norm. Sock diapers, huh? Sounds interesting; I'd love to hear how you made them and/or see pictures of your girl wearing them.

| Most of mine come in every 6 to 9 months. I have never had a female go less than 6 months between heats but I know it can happen. |
