Where do you advertise your litter(s)? I have an ad in the local paper, and Kijiji, but I'm not sure where else to advertise. Is it worth the cost to be on the AKC listings? Also, what about puppyfind.com? Any feedback about that? Thanks for any suggestions! ~Rachel

I advertise on a local classified website and sometimes in the local paper. I do not ship so I try to just advertise locally. I have heard that some people use USFreeAds.com, yahoo.com, domesticsale.com and others. I have never tried those. So many of the big free classified website are full of scammers. Good luck finding homes for your babies.

Hmmm...luckily I've never had to in the past. My litters were basically spoken for before they were born. I would really be wary though of ads in the paper...I dunno, just me.

I've had good luck in the past with the local paper. Sometimes people fall off the waiting list and you have to advertise.

I advertise in the local website and topix.com (you can do this with any city). My last resort is the newspaper. You can also check all local radio stations online and see if they have websites, ex. swap and shop, trading post, etc. Good Luck!!

Thanks for the suggestions! I'm not planning on shipping at all, so I'll look into the radio and tv station websites. | |
