Living My Yorkie Dream Donating Member | OMG, no idea what to expect?????? Have you not been doing your homework??? Here you go, better start reading Canine Reproduction Video and Book on Breeding and Whelping dogs by Debbie Jensen for dog breeders and Whelping Supplies needed to deliver puppies. This is my favorite website on everything from breeding, pregnancy, whelping, and weaning the puppies. Click on the links on either side of the page for a wealth of information on it all. Good luck to you. Keep us posted, there are many here who will be willing to help when the time comes.

| Why in the world would you take on breeding dogs when you know nothing about it? Eleven days isn't much time, you have alot of studying to do. I would suggest that you find a good breeder's vet and possibly a mentor as soon as you can.

Have you had her x-rayed yet? You should talk to your vet and schedule that ASAP. This will give your vet an indication as to if a c-section may be needed, if the pups look as if they are developing too large to deliver naturally. Oy vey...my head hurts! | |
