Well last night when i was looking at her she had something like a brownish color on her vulva it was kinda hard and it looked as though she was closed up ... i dont know like she seemed like she would not have been able to pee. I thought that could possibly be the plug but it wasnt round or anything it was like a strip so i wasnt sure what i was looking for.... she licks herself alot and this morning when i checked her she was completely cleaned as if nothing was there before.

sounds like she is getting ready...the licking herself part is getting herself ready....one thing i didnt read in your list is a bulb syringe (for clearing the fluids for the mouth)....other than that sounds like you are ready

that could have been the plug..sounds like she is on her way

that is what i was thinking....i am hopeing for at least anohter 48 hours...that will get her to 60-61 days

Yes the other stuff i have that i didnt list is the following

bulb syringe
stethescope
ultrasound monitor w/speakers (fetal heart monitor)
bottles in case mom can feed pups 4 total bottles
tags to tag the pups assorted colors

Yes she s on day 58 i want her to make it to her due date but that is 58 days from the first tie. is it not safe if she were to go early in the morning??? i was told she is safe at 58. But like i said i want her closer to her due date of July 20th.

Yeah thats what i am hoping for i would feel better at that point i dont want to lose any pups.

Also i placed my hands on her side and it to me seems like she is just breathing and panting (not heavy) so i dont know what a contraction is suppose to feel like....sorry i feel stupid for not knowing...LOL this is her first litter and mine as well. I have done alot of research and i know what to do in case certain things happen but i am nervous as she is only on day 58....i want her to wait a little longer....

we all want her to wait (if she can) for at least 2 more days.....just want you to know that you have help here if you need it.....good luck
