sounds like she is getting close.....when she goes and potties...does she sit there a little longer than she needs too?????

Its as though she is peeing but nothing comes. Not a definite time line. Also sometimes she will pee each time but very little comes.

Also the last few days she has been cleaning herself a lot but now she is also wanting to lick everyone else a lot.... could this be a sign???

It sounds like its soon! The wait is killing me, so I can only imagine what it is doing to you!!!

I was being overly cautious so I dont want you to think that the impending birth is far, far away.

Please keep us posted. I have been following this thread all day at work and once I return hope too!

LOL...I've been following all day too. My baby is doing nothing now...just sleeping ALOT! I just want puppies! From Zoe and from Payton...lol

Thanks Jenn for thinking of us during this time. I have her in her whelping area with a baby gate up i am sitting outside it as you recommended so that i am near but not near. She has not started nesting as i was told she may not. But she does want to go potty every five minutes or so. I called a lady near me that i met at the petsmart and she breeds yorkies. She gave me her phone number when we bred Peyton and said to call at anytime. So i did just that tonight. She said if she is wanting to go potty that much she is more then likely going to go soon. And that we should not let her go outside anymore that she should be put in her whelping room and given time to concentrate on what she needs to do. She also said that just because she is eating doesnt mean she wont go as hers ate like a pig to right up until birth she said it will probably be real early in the morning as thats what yorkies like...LOL She also said that they dont always nest either. SO we are waiting it out to see what happens. Right now i can here her snoring so i guess she is resting up for early morning....thats if she finally goes...LOL

Ahh thank you for watching as well...I hope your Zoe goes soon but when ready and all healthy deliveries all around. I hope little Ms. Peyton goes tonight....She has held these little furbabies hostage long enough....LOL

Chloe also ate a lot right before she had the pups. She actually threw some of it up a few hours before.

All dogs seem to be different. I have read about people where they didnt get a good temp drop, no nesting, and a good appetite.

SHe wont goooo....LOL nothing acting normal and all. Is there a time that she would need to go to the vet if she doesnt give? How long do i wait?? She is 100% pregnant!
