| New Babies!!! Carli had her very first babies at 1:15a.m. this morning, a 3.0oz. girl and 5.0 oz. boy. The little girl was first and was a breech, had a little bit of trouble getting her started but seems to be o.k. now. The boy was rowdy when he arrived. He never did squeal but is very rowdy and took to teet easily so I guess he's o.k. Momma is great and such a very good mommy. The came within 20 min. of each other. Pretty quick for first time I thought! Now I can't sleep, worried she might roll on them. They only fed for about 1 or 2 min. Is that o.k? Well I will try to wind down now. Everything I did I learned on yt. This site is a lifesaver for newbies. I've read for the last month and a half on whelping. I am very grateful for all the info posted here by breeders and just puppy lovers. THANKS FROM CARLI, GRAMMA, AND THE BABIES. |

| Our boy & girl are doing fine. Mom has had a rough day. Took her to the vet due to a knot on her tummy and still contracting, she still had a pup in there that was a water pup that she couldn't have. C-section performed and mom is doing fine just tired and sore. No more babies for Carli. Will take no more chances but she is a wonderful mom. Thanks for all thoughts and prayers. |
