| I feel the same way. just MO. When I was young someone had placed a large rubber band on my poms neck. Well, her hair was so thick we did not see it until we noticed the smell. We have to take her the the vets and have the band rmoved through an operation and then she was on antibiotic for a long tme. It was pretty bad. T. Last edited by topknot; 06-28-2008 at 06:15 AM. |

| That's actually illegal here in the area where I live...I assumed it was illegal nationwide...apparently not. No, I would not recommend this method. |

| I dont recommend it at all. Its way to easy for infection to set in with that method. Its also, IMO, more painful/uncomfortable to the puppies. |

| IMO it is a very old, outdated, inhumane way to dock tails...Often times they will get infected and cause pain and discomfort!
