| I am waiting to see the puppies moving. Ihave put my hand over her belly and Ihave felt faint flutters but that could be gas too lol. I did hear heartbeats! It is very time consuming at 6 weeks to find the heartbeats because it sounds so faint. I think she has 3 in there but I will find out next Tuesday. I cant wait till she's at least 7 1/2 weeks -8 weeks.Plus I got a cheap stethoscope ! I couldnt find a better one at Walgreens Pharmacy |

| Well, Chloe is 7 weeks today. And, although I may have imagined it, I believe that on Saturday, I felt the smallest little nudge against her tummy. Of course my fiance things I conjured it up in my mind, but I swear I felt a little something. I havent felt anything since. Thursday is the day to find out how many!

| Usually the last 7 to 10 days you can feel movement. The more puppies there are..the easier it is to feel the movement.

| Usually after 6 weeks we can start feeling some very little moves if we lay our hands long enough and still ... more and more every day after 7th week... very active and one can see them moving after day 56 and so on ...

| I tried really hard...but I just couldnt let that "cheap stethoscopes work as well as expensive ones" comments get by! WRONG!!!!!! FYI: If you ever had the opportunity to listen to heart sounds thru a $400.00 stethoscope versus a $20.00 (????) stethoscope, you would be stupified! ANYTIME you go for the "cheaper" route in medical equipment that is used to diagnose medical conditions, when it is a matter of life and death, you dont EVER opt for cheap! Listening for a puppy's heartbeat for fun....OK...go cheap...but dont think if you didnt have better quality equipment, you wouldnt hear any better, or any clearer, or any earlier in the pregnancy! With a hi quality scope, and knowing what you were listening to, you would be able to practically pick out an abnormal heart sound, in an individual baby, at 4 weeks....maybe earlier! QUALITY COUNTS, AND IT COSTS MORE! |
