Give her a little cottage cheese with her meals and watch her for signs of eclampsia. Here's a good article: Eclampsia (Puerperal Tetany, Milk Fever, Hypocalcemia) in Dogs

When my girls have over three, I give them a calcuim supplement from the vet. I also put a spoon of cottage cheese in the morning wet food and a spoon of whelping pudding in the last wet meal of the day. I also leave dry PUPPY food down for her all the time. My pudding recipe is, one small box of pudding and pie filling vanilla, the kind you cook, two cups milk, two beaten egg yolks and one fourth cup sugar all mixed together and cooked until thickens. Mothers usually love it. You can double the recipe and use the larger pudding box but it spoils in a few days.

They definitely need extra calcium now. I'd add cottage cheese and a tums (with calcium) daily.
