Anyone know of this Oklahoma Breeder?

Hello everyone,

My sister has asked me if I knew of this breeder in OK whom she has spoken with regarding purchasing a yorkie. I am not familiar with nor came up with any info on her. I do know that she is USDA licensed. From what I have read from my fellow YT's, USDA = PUPPYMILL! If anyone has any info, please, please pass it along to me. I really want her to purchase a healthy puppy. Thank you to all! The breeder's info is as follows:

Breeders that are USDA licensed do so for commercial purposes. Breeders that sell directly to the public have no need for USDA licensing, but those that sell to brokers and stores must be USDA licensed. USDA licensing is a huge red flag...always a BYB or puppymill.

Hi MyFairLacy...I was just looking at Florida's USDA website to see if I could report again Nikki's breeder and noticed that they are probably exempt. Just as you explained. However, they gave us a USDA paper on her when we purchased her. I didn't see where I could report them on th site. And I wonder if you know if it will do anyhing? I want to also report the vet that misdiagnosed her. How do I do that? Thanks..Ines Lauren

I do believe all dogs that are shipped by air require a USDA form of some kind, but that doesn't mean the breeder is USDA licensed. But if your breeder is USDA licensed, there is probably somewhere to report them. I'm not sure where, but Ladymom usually knows how to report breeders. I would PM her and ask

Here is the Florida Veterinary Medical Association website and phone numbers. Florida Veterinary Medical Association I would call them and they can probably advise you on making a complaint about a vet in Florida.
