| Please help 61st day My baby Angel is on her 61st day and her temperature is still 99.8. Everyone I talk to says they usually give birth on day 60. (If this is not usually the case please help me to rest my mind.) I work at a radiology office so I figured I would take her to the office and let the ultrasound tech perform an ultrasound on her. They saw 6 possibly 7 little bundles moving around. The large number has got me on edge, my vet said that is a lot for a Yorkie. Please, someone give me some feedback. |

| Generally you can figure 63 days from ovulation (or the last tie) Somewhere in that area. I wouldn't worry yet. The best thing to do to tell how many is to have the vet do an x-ray. Then they can see how many skeletons they see and how developed they are and a good idea of the head size. I wish you luck on the whelping. Is this her forst litter? or YOUR first litter? Stay calm so not to stress mommy. Everyone here is so helpfiul so when she goes into labor you can stay logged on and get help quickly if you need it or have any other questions. Good luck sweetie Sonya
