This would be her 59th day wouldn't it?? I'm not sure my Tif never went this early. More experienced Breeders hopefully will come answer for you. Weither it's too early or not sounds like she's on her way... U should call your Vet NOW just to let him/her know what is going on... Did you get any xrays done? Do U know how many she is having? is this her 1st litter?? Have you ever whelped before? What is her temp? Just take a deep breath and blow it out, call your Vet if in doubt. Now I'm all nervous lol. Any babies yet?? I got you all in my prayers...Hugs, Lee | |

| Sounds like a puppy watch! My molly had hers on day 59, all went well for her and we only let her tie once so we were sure that it was day 59. |

| Puppies are due 63 days after ovulation so if you bred her after she ovulated that puppies would be due before 63 days from the tie. Most likely she's right on time. Can you count 73 days from the first day of her heat? She should be due around that time as ovulation usually occurs around day 10 -12.

| Just try to stay calm.... she will know what to do.. help clear the sack from the face first, mom will help. be careful not to let her chew the cord too close. I had to watch Sunshine with that, she couldn't chew it off so I clamped with hemostats... or you could tie with dental floss about an inch from the baby, then cut or pinch it off on the outside part away from baby. Let mom clean it, then help it to latch on and nurse til she iis ready to deliver the next

| Make sure the sack is off of the puppies face so it can breath, also count placentas so that you know she's passed all of them. Stay calm what ever you do. Holler if you need help Lee |
