| Escrow Service Has anyone ever used an Escrow service when buying a puppy? If so what were your experiences and costs, and what company did you use? Deana Prestigeous |

https://www.escrow.com/index.asp I do know...the buyer receives the item and then informs the escrow company if they "accept" it or not. If not it's returned to the seller at the buyer's expense. If it is accepted the escrow company mails you a check within 5 days. Usually the fees charged are paid by the buyer. I have never used it to sell a puppy...

Donating YT 10K Club Member | Escrow payments are payments made to third parties...and held by them until the transaction is complete.

Donating YT 10K Club Member | Thought of something...there are forums on eBay too...maybe you're aware of them. I don't have a link handy but click community on the eBay page to find them. I'm sure someone would be happy to give you information about that escrow service...albeit not animal related sales though. Good luck!

| I also want to add that I think paypal is just as safe as an escrow service. I know there's a lot of drama, but I haven't personally had too many problems, and anytime I've requested a refund I've always received it in a timely manner. |
