I find it ridiculous that you would be required to keep them on this in order to have a guarantee. Seems like a good way to avoid following through on a guarantee...

Gee I just found this thread.. this is terrible and a breeder should not get away with this, telling people what they have to feed their yorkie or guarantee is not good...
I hope you fight this, and win.. get your money back.. I have had some bad dealings and know how you feel.. and so glad you doing something.. maybe you need to get all these unhappy people with sick babies to do a letter for your lawyer.. and that might put them out of business...

While reading their guarantee, this struck me as downright weird..... In the rare event surgery is required due to hereditary conditions Puppy must be examined by our Veterinarian and the procedure if deemed necessary performed by our Veterinarian as well.....So, if you have a problem with your puppy, you have to pay to ship a sick dog to them so their vet can do the surgery

. The whole guarantee seems written to protect the seller from just about anything. Major red flag. Another thing: they say that they only keep their smallest pups until 12 weeks but that all pups have had 3 series of vaccinations. By 12 weeks the most they should have had is 2. Does this mean they are selling puppies as young as 8 weeks with 3 sets of vaccinations too? Good Grief!!!

I am soo sorry about your loss...

Our attorney wrote a letter which they have chosen to ignore. WE have been reported to the Better Business Bureau, FL Dept of Agriculture & The Squeaky Wheel. In the meantime I contacted a local FL ,WSVN Channel 7 news, and they want to talk to me about it. I wrote to their investigative reporter and a segment called "Help Me Howard" an attorney that looks into legal problems. I hope they do a story that puts them out of business.

Don't Let It Go.... Take it all the way. Tell your story in her local newspaper how you got a sick puppy. Give them heck. Put them out of business.
There should be stricter laws on puppy mills and people scam's. I and many others were cheated by the Chaffin Raised Kennel in Oklahoma. Go for it and I wish you all the luck. I will say a prayer for you.
