| I have both curved and straight...I keep two pairs of locking straight hemostats in my whelping kit for delivering along with a pair of stainless steel scissors...Sometimes we have to clamp a cord before the placenta is delivered so I use two clamps, cut inbetween and leave the one clamped to the placenta so it doesn't go back up inside mom... I also have a mosquito curved hemostat for removing dew claws...Hope that helps...
