| Gifts?!?! We will possibly be getting another yorkie in the next 6 months. That being said what so you think would be a good gift for a breeder, who also shows. I am hoping to get some really great creative ideas. I would like to do something nice for the person that spent the last 3+ months caring for and bringing my baby into the world.

| Everyone here has good ideas. Why not search for some Yorkie items and make up your own gift basket. If you want to go a step further, put in a gift certificate for dinner or a trip to the day spa as an extra thank you! |

| Thank you all for the Great ideas, I think I will start putting together my Yorkie inspired, basket... Do you think that it would be ok to do something personalized in there, I have seen the thow blankets that you can have made from a picture, or my aunt is a wounderful artist, what if I had a portrait of one of her dogs painted, or would that be to personal???

| I think that what you are suggesting are wonderful items for your basket. the Yorkie items will certainly be appreciated. I would put in something extra that is not Yorkie related, but an added personal touch, such as a gift certificate or a bottle of wine, etc. Have a great evening! |

Donating YT 2000 Club Member | I think a throw or artwork is always appreciated--I know I love receiving, finding, giving Yorkie or Biewer ornaments, decorations, coffee mugs with the picture of the puppy when s/he was younger. A gift certificate at the local spa would be neat too--usually the breeder is worn out or depressed by the time the puppies all leave--nice change of pace. |

| Anything would be a nice thought! I would be so touched if someone did this for me...it's not often you find someone this caring to buy your puppies. I would certainly feel that you deserved to be the mommy of one of my babies after a gesture like this... |

| Thank you again, I am looking on line for local spa or nice restaurant. I am still a ways out but This is something that is so fun for me to do and I am going to do a little here and there until I fill up my "thankyou" basket. I have read on here about all the hard work and long exhausting nights that have been but into raising yorkies, I just really want to find a way to thank the person that does this for my puppy.
