| Paranoid Yorkie, Need Help!! My almost two yr old yorkie is in heat. I just noticed the spotting this morning. And she has not been herself at all and its scarring me. She has not eaten or drank anything today, she wont sit still, she wont come to me, she hasnt slept or even layed down all day, her ears are back like shes worried, and she just keeps looking around like shes paranoid. She has NEVER acted like this before. Any thoughts???? I'm really worried for her. Thanks in advance. |

| I'm not sure what to say so i thought i'd bump this up for you. Hopefully someone has some advice. I think restlessness is common but it sounds like a bit more than that. |

| Has your little girl ever been in heat before? My girls are sleepy more in the beginning of the cycle and get a bit more restless towards the end. I agree that it sounds as if something more than her cycle is going on maybe. I would check to see if she seems to be having pain in her belly and if so get her to a vet to get checked out if this continues, especially if this is not her first heat.
