By my calculations Holly has about 9 days to go, but I was told that she might go a little early and Last night i took her temp and it was 100.0- I just took it tonight and it was 99.2, what do you guys think? I took it because she has been acting funny, not in a bad way though. So from what you have been experienced with welping do you think it is close?

Well, from what I have experianced and have seen posted on YT....your guess is as good as any LOL. Seriously though, I've seen here temps go up and down for days before whelping actually gets going. But from my personal experiance just 8 weeks ago, I didn't even get a chance to start taking Lexie's temperature as she surprised us and had her pups a week before her due date (figured from her first tie). Alot of help I am.....huh? Good luck and as always, keep us posted.

I think you have a least a few days left!! But you can never really say! My Lola is due any day now and her temp has been under 100 for the past 4 days, and nothing so far but good luck to you!!

temp will flux this is why you need a chart. you will see a pattern and once there is a dip, this is when you need to be on watch. their temp can drop and spike up again but once it stays down, you know it will be soon

I think she had her dip in temp was 99.2 3 days ago. Took tonight, and she is back at 100.4, which is where she was at on around the 2nd of this month. I look for weekend puppies, hopefully she will go Sunday, I am off that day, but knowing her, she wont, lol, but I will continue posting. Thanks Guys

Ok guys I think we might have a real puppy watch here. Took Hollys temp at about 2am Fri morning and it was 100.4, took again at 2pm and it was 99.4, took again when I got home from work about 11pm, and it is 98.6-so what do you think? She is restless and antzy, but I havent noticed her milking yet, but I think she is really getting ready. The vet said she would welp between friday and monday. Please let me know, and I will be on here with updates!!

Holly was digging at things and shreaded some toilet paper she found on the floor, and now she is resting in her whelping box.

How is Holly doing this morning? Any puppies last night? I'm in the exact same spot with Cleopatra although she hasn't had anything yet, she's on day 65 with 4 puppies in there and NOTHING yet... Hope you had either a peaceful restful night or nice healthy pups..maybe ours will come today!
