| All Breeders Come in PLEASE...Contract Question?? Ok since I want my pup tomorrow there isn't enough time to actually sign a contract and mail it (I will ask her about faxing BUTTTT if that is not an option for her) She emailed me the contract for the pup and she told me to just reply back that I agree and that will be suffient enough but I am having her put the weight of the pup on the contract.....like she weighed my pup today and she will be shipping her tomorrow...(only because she looks a lil bigger on the pics) I just want to guarantee she is the weight that she is telling me so I asked her to just type in her name and date it on the SELLERS blank since we dont' have enough time for her to actually sign it and email it to me and give send me the signed copy with the pup....Will that work, because what happen if I get the pup and she is like 4lbs but the breeder says she is 2lbs can I use that typed up contract as suffient evidence as her not following the contract??

| I think you need a handwritten signature...but I could be wrong. I personally wouldn't do it without both parties signing the contract by hand... |

| Also I have the emails where she states that she weight the pup today and she is 2lbs 2oz so that is evidence also if this would lead to that.

| Is she guaranteeingthe size of the puppy? Will she guarantee in writing that if the puppy is not that size at time of shipping that she will take it back at her expense or your expense? Can you call the breeder and tell her your concerns? |

| Well I just want her to guarantee that what she is saying is acurate...She said she weighted her today and she is 2lbs 2oz so when I get her tomorrow I want her to be 2lbs 2oz give or take an ounce....I will call her but I am at work but I emailed her and ask for her to put it in the contract the pups weight. We talked my whole lunch break and last night but I didn't think to ask her

| The pup went to the vet right? Can she have the vet to give this info to you. Thats what I would do then you will know from the vet and the pup won't have to go thru shipping if it is not the weight you are being told it is. Simple as that. Hope that helps. Deana Prestigeous |

| I'm so excited for you! She'll be such a little dollbaby and I'm looking forward to pictures. When I got Libby, the breeder sent the contract with Libby and I signed it and made a copy and mailed it back to her. If she could do that for you, you'd have the actual contract. I'll be thinking of you tomorrow! You lucky ducky!!!

| the medical exam needed for the puppy to be shipped should have the correct weight. you maybe (after thought) should have called the vet right after her exam to see what her weight was.

| Everything checked out all right she is indeed 2lbs 3 oz....BUT for some odd reason on the vet certificate it says 11 weeks instead of 15 weeks like the breeder told me but I check the AKC registration and it checks out for her to be 15 weeks, but I think the breeder had bought more than one dog to be checked out to the vet's office to get a certificate so I'm guessing its a typo....
