| Can this website be trusted? http://www.homeyorkies.com/Puppies2.html I love how adorable these yorkies are, however, the price are riduclously cheap and the puppy are "teacup" (Which I know doesn't exist). However, do you think that there's a chance this site might be selling a "healthy" teacup? because I have friends who teacup are perfectly healthy. |

| I would say no.. I googled the phone number used on the site that has a MT address.. there are ads coming up for TX, CT, FL, and a differnt MT address. All the ads are under a different name too. If you are really interested, call, but I would say "scam" for sure.

| Wow, thanks guys... I can't believe anyone would be horrible enough to trick someone in such a way. Anyways... that person emailed back and requested that I send the money through Western Union because he is going to send it for his sister. Right then and there, it's quite obvious how fake this is. BLEH! I'm so dissapointed as the puppy were adorable and the price are affordable. Ok, I know this is a lot of trouble, but I'm new at this and honestly don't know who I can or cannot trust. http://www.livedeal.com/ShowItemDeta...r=true#picture What do you guys think? Btw, any trick to avoid scammer? Sigh... I've been looking EVERYWHERE for a puppy that is under 700, yes, I know... that's a very low price and I understand that I'm risking the chance of getting an unhealthy one. But my friend got hers for under 500 and it was so adorable and extremely healthy. I'm hoping that I can run into that luck also. If anyone know someone who is selling puppy for less than 700, please help me out. My sister took our Shih Tzu to live with her and now, I'm dogless. = ( |

Stay FAR FAR AWAY from the first link you posted. This is Jeff Danes site, he is a huge puppy miller. You don't want one of his pups!! Second link I would stay far away from too. This is a pet store, the pups are most likely from puppy mills. The third link you could check on but I would be very careful with. I personally wouldn't trust them either. I hate to say it but if you are looking for a cheap good quality healthy yorkie, you aren't going to find one for these prices. At times however there are some yorkies on YT for this price, but not too often. If you are on a small budget I would look into rescue. They usually have some great yorkies available for adoption. Try www.petfinder.com Also a little tip, I have never seen anyone offer a "teacup puppy" for a low price. The term tea cup is a marketing ploy to get as much money as possible so it isn't likely that they would offer one at such a low price without it being a scam or a sickly pup. If you have your heart set on a tiny yorkie, your best bet is going with a reputable breeder. You are going to be paying a good price though, $1000 but atleast you will know it is healthy. Reputable breeders don't advertise them as teacups but on occasion they will have some tiny ones available. Good luck with your search!!

| Wow, so that website belong to that Jeff guy that I've been hearing about. THANK YOU for telling me, I was just about to buy one from him. Sigh... It seem like you can't trust anyone on the internet nowaday. I've been looking through petfinder.com but everyone that I've email haven't been responding so I don't know what else to do? I'm looking at this new website http://www.rufftimeskennel.com/ And the price isn't too bad, not to mention, I live in Austin so I may be able to drive and pick up the puppies, however, that person haven't responded to me either. Do you think this is a scam also? Sigh... every website that come out decent to me; turn out to be a scam so I'm just thinking about not getting a puppy at all. I've looked almost everywhere. check out rescue center, went to Petco and Petsmart to adopt; but I just can't find a Yorkie. There's some, but those people charge $1000+ and that's just not something I can fork out right away. I don't plan to get a teacup puppy, I know those are just another way to call a "runt", but I do want to get a puppy while it's young, just because I want more years with it... lol! |
