| How To Get Dam Owner To Co-operate??? I HAVE A FRIEND THAT LET A LADY USE HER MALE TO BREED TO 2 OF HER FEMALES, NOW THIS LADY WON'T AWNSER HER PHONE OR EMAILS SO MY FRIEND IS SUSPECTING SHE IS TRYING TO KEEP THE 2 PICK OF LITTERS SHE IS ENTITLED TO. THE BABIES ARE 8 AND 9 WEEKS OLD NOW AND HAVE NOT BEEN REGISTERED. THIS LADY EVEN BLOCKED MY FRIENDS #!!!!! ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO GET THIS LADY TO GIVE HER THE 2 BABIES WITHOUT INVOLVING COURT? THIS LADY (i HAVE HEARD) ISN'T THE RICHEST PERSON IN THE WORLD AND I WOULD HATE FOR HER TO HAVE TO PAY COURT COSTS, MY FRIEND HAS ALREADY GOT A LAWYER AND IF NEED BE WILL PRESUE THE ENTIRE LITTER IF IT GETS TO THE POINT SHE HAS TO TAKE HER TO COURT. OF COURSE SHE WANTS TO AVOID PUTTING THIS LADY THROUGH COURT COSTS AND LOSING ALL HER PUPPIES (MY FRIEND IS TOO NICE IF YOU ASK ME) ANY SUGGESTIONS?

| this is why you always always always have a fee and a contract. i would suspect nothing she can do unless there is a contract and it would have to go to the courts.

| Your friend should not sign any registration appilcations if asked..but I doubt she will be asked...and she can try small claims court. Lesson learned..I only accepted pick of the litter from someone I know well... |

| Honestly she is going to have to go to court, if she goes in person and takes 2 pups, the lady could call the police and get her arrested or something like it for theft. |
