I started my body change (don't want to say diet cause I hate that word!) on March 2nd. I have since dropped 5 lbs. I know it takes time and it can't happen over night.
I try to take one day at a time. I also try not to think of the scale cause if I do I will want to weigh myself everyday and if you don't see the #'s go down on the scale then you can get dis-couraged. So my hubby has hid the scales and only allows me to weigh myself once a week.
One thing I do need to do more of, is drink more water!
I love my coffee and if I could I would drink it all day! But I have to drink MORE water!
That's great! I know how you feel about wanting to weight yourself everyday! I am tempted to do that every day also but it's not about the # it's about how your body feels, the #s can go up but you may have lost fat and gained muscle, atleast that's what I'm told, I'm trying to be healthier also. Keep it going!!
