| Oh wow! Thats great to know! I'm not alone. haha..... I have NEVER seen a hmong person w/ a yorkie before. All the people I know own bigger dogs like pit bulls ...no offense but I'll NEVER let my baby play with them. Not that they are bad dogs but they just might SNAP! hehe Anyways... hows your baby doing?

The terms Hmong (pronounced [m̥ɔ̃ŋ]) and Mong ([mɔ̃ŋ]) refer to an Asian ethnic group in the mountainous regions of southeast Asia. Hmong are also one of the largest sub-groups in the Miao minzu population in southern China. Beginning in the 18th century, Hmong groups began a gradual southward migration due to political unrest and to find more arable land. As a result, Hmong currently also live in several countries in Southeast Asia, including northern Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, and Myanmar-Burma. | |

| Yorkie Owner Hi! Hmong here. I'm Nalee. I'll be bringing my baby boy home in a few weeks. He's born Dec 31st 2008 & is soooo darling cute. I had a silky terrier previsouly, but we gave her up to another family. Well, he's got a daddy that had champion bloodlines & he's a real beauiful one from a real good breeder in Zimmerman MN. I did my research for over 2 years before I decided to finally invest in a yorkie. Anyhow, what kind of yorkie do you have? Party yorkie? Blue? Chocolate? Black? Mines the all natural color black & brown, buts he's already jumping & playing around. Ears all flopped up like a tiger! Well, if you want to talk more, just email or reply back. I'm in Little Canada, MN-Twin cities. If you ever want to set up play dates with my babie boy, you're more than welcome to. Nalee. |
