| Shoes attack Hello. My boy occasionally attacks shoes too. He immediately looks surprised and is very submissive after he does it. It seems to me to be a fear reflex action. I wish I knew how to stop the behavior, but I think it started when we moved house and perhaps he got his paws trodden on by the movers. I tried to keep him out of their way but he insisted on going where they were. He would not stay in his cage. I was sure I had him in my sight all the time, but perhaps I missed something. He is a friendly dog and loves being where people are. He only seems to do this in our house and only rarely outside with others if they make quick moves with their (big!) feet. Please let me know if anyone has this issue too and has stopped it. Thank you. Good luck with Oscar. |
