| Penny Passed! DH just called to say they just finished their evaluation with Pet Partners and they passed! Our little girl is officially a therapy dog. This was our first try, was hoping to just pass with a predictable certification but Penny got complex. I'm so tickled I can burst! A shout out to Deb Sillers our breeder. Thank you Deb for our beautiful wonderful little Penny! We hope we've made you proud! You are now officially a breeder of therapy dogs/Yorkies too.

YT 1000 Club Member | That is so awesome! I have always wanted to have a therapy dog that I could take to nursing homes or schools. As a stay at home mom it would give me something to do and I love dogs and people. It would be awesome for me. Congrats!

Has any of your dogs passed the Canine Good Citizen test? Do they love people as much as you? Do they have the gift of wag? Let me know if know if you need more info.

Penny, will only be working with dh for now because quite frankly, she’s a daddy’s girl. Right now she's been making 2 visits per month... more if her dad had the time. Prior to taking the evaluation, we enrolled Penny into a therapy dog training class to help pinpoint what we/she needed to work on. She got to go on short limited therapy visits to an assisted living facility. Here she is with some of her friends. IMG_3981.jpeg
