I am just adding to my post above because it won't let me edit it. I forgot to add something. If your puppy is piddle pad (pee pee pad) trained, and you want to litter train them, try sticking the pad in the box like I do. If they are completely trained to use the pad, they should go in the box. Make sure to place the box with the pad in it where you usually just put the pad. That way you won't confuse them. If the puppy is newspaper trained, place newspaper all around the box. After a day or two of the puppy going only on the newspaper, try placing a piece of newspaper in the box. Hopefully, your puppy will catch on quickly. Litter training requires a lot of time for you to just watch you puppy and be ready to place them in the box. Good luck!
