I don't know about anyone else, but I usually have to pee as soon as I wake up too - regardless what time it is... As was mentioned, he probably just needs to be let out to do his thing too. My Tucker almost always gets up and goes in his box anytime I get up in the night so it kind of makes sense your baby just needs to go too.!
